This notice is prepared for website visitors, prospective customers, customers, suppliers, business partners and individuals who communicate with us.

Personal data may be collected through website forms, email, phone, online meetings, contracts, quotation processes, support requests and electronic system records by automated or non-automated means.

Data is processed only to the extent necessary for the relevant process and in line with the principle of data minimization.

The processed categories may include identity, contact, customer transaction, marketing communication preference, transaction security and request management data.

Personal data may be transferred to legally authorized public authorities, courts, financial advisors, legal advisors and providers of payment, hosting, email, security or software infrastructure services where necessary.

Transfers are carried out with appropriate technical and organizational safeguards under KVKK and related regulations.

Personal data is retained for the period required by the relevant process and statutory obligations. When the period expires, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized ex officio or upon request where applicable.

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if it has been processed, learn the purpose of processing, know third parties to whom data is transferred, request correction or deletion, object to automated decisions and request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

You may submit KVKK requests to info@bmadvancedtechnics.com or to our company address with information sufficient to verify your identity.

Requests are concluded as soon as possible and no later than thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. If the process requires an additional cost, the fee specified in applicable regulations may be requested.
